By accessing or using the Probsability web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and using our forecasting features, surveys, and comment sections, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Probsability. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we believe to be underage.

3. Description of Service

Probsability is an experimental prediction market aggregator and research tool. We provide an interface for simulated forecasting based on real-world events powered by Polymarket, psychometric testing, and the syndication of top forecasters to an external algorithmic feed via the AT Protocol (Bluesky).

4. No Financial Advice or Real Wagering

Our platform does not facilitate real-money gambling, wagering, or financial transactions. Probsability is exclusively a track-record and calibration tracker. All "predictions" and "probabilities" are purely informational and educational. You agree not to treat any data on this platform as financial, legal, or professional advice.

5. User Conduct

When using the platform, including the comment sections and linking external Bluesky accounts, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, or harassing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or spam our forecasting algorithms.
• Post any links or URLs in the comment section (our anti-spam system will automatically reject these).

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or are found to be under 18 years of age.
